The Sacred Practice

A sequel to NETRA, Chapter III

A new space opens, empty, full of relief.

The temptation to fill it with what is familiar:

old patterns, old fears, distractions dressed as comfort.

This work is not theory.

It is the lived ritual of reprogramming thought,

of breaking cycles that kept us small,

and planting the seeds of a fuller life.

symbols are keys. To get us back in the now.

They point us back to abundance,

to clarity, to truth.

Simple marks that carry the weight of universes.

The permission slip to dream again.

And so after the gaze, after the gesture

we step into practice:

the conscious act of living,

again and again,

forward.

The Shifting Diagram

Three Realities

The Indalo is a Bronze Age magical symbol found in the cave of "Los Letreros" ("The Signboards") in Sierra de María-Los Vélez Natural Park in Vélez Blanco, Almería, Andalusia, Spain. It has been customary to paint the Indalo symbol on the front of houses and businesses to protect them from evil, and it is considered to be a god totem.

Originating in ancient Chinese philosophy, yin and yang (traditional Chinese: is the concept that there exist cosmic principles or forces that are opposite but complementary, which interact, interconnect, support and perpetuate each other. Together they form a dynamic system in which the whole is greater than the interdependent components, and both parts are essential for the cohesion of the whole

Sacred Circuitry is a set of 15 energetic symbols channeled by the metaphysical entity Bashar. Designed as visual permission slips, they are meant to help your physical brain rewire its neurological pathways, making it hyper-conductive to easily communicate with your Higher Self.

Inspired by, The Shield of the Trinity or Scutum Fidei (Latin for 'shield of faith') is a traditional Christian visual symbol which expresses many aspects of the doctrine of the Trinity, summarizing the first part of the Athanasian Creed in a compact diagram. In late medieval Europe, this emblem was considered to be the heraldic arms of God, and of the Trinity.

Symmetry in biology, including the structural symmetry of fruits, refers to the balanced distribution of duplicate body parts or shapes. While biological symmetry is generally approximate and not perfect, many fruits exhibit distinct patterns such as radial or fivefold symmetry.

Psychologically, symmetry feels appealing because the brain associates balance with health, order, and trust. It’s easier to process visually, so it feels naturally “right.

Symmetry and asymmetry become visual metaphors , balance and disruption, order and tension, yet their meanings remain open to interpretation. And this is only a small part of visual language, where perception speaks long before words do.

Pick the right fruits

Nature speaks through patterns.

In sea forms and flowering structures, symmetry offers balance while asymmetry teaches adaptation. The mandala reminds us that life is not about perfect order, but meaningful relationship.

We grow like spirals returning, evolving, unfolding.

What seems imperfect may simply be alive, responding to the currents around it.

The radiant sun was an emblem of the House of Visconti, who ruled Milan and financed the early construction of the Duomo under Gian Galeazzo Visconti in the late 1300s. Placing the symbol prominently in the cathedral reinforced Visconti legitimacy and authority over Milan.

In the Duomo window, the symbol was also interpreted as “Sol Iustitiae” (Sun of Justice/Righteousness) a representation of Christ as divine light. So the symbol was intentionally layered: it honored the ruling family while also expressing sacred meaning appropriate for a cathedral.

Bashar’s Shifting Diagram (often referred to as the 01 experiment or transformative shifting exercise) is a visual tool used to train the brain to recognize synchronicities and shift core beliefs. It uses geometric patterns like circles and boxes to help individuals align with desired frequencies. Parallel Realities: Bashar (channeled by Darryl Anka) teaches that physical reality is composed of millions of parallel frames that you shift through every second, depending on your vibrational state.

The Blueprint: The visual patterns serve as a bridge to rewire the mind out of limiting core beliefs.

1. Physical / Material Reality (Atoms)

The world of matter and energy, atoms, bodies, planets, and physical laws. Measured through science and observation.

2. Informational / Mathematical Reality (Patterns)

The world of math, logic, and structure, the patterns and rules that organize reality.

3. Conscious / Subjective Reality (Mind)

The world of awareness and experience, thoughts, emotions, perception, and meaning.
